TULSA, Okla. – Officers from multiple Green Country agencies have linked two men to burglaries of CBD stores in both Tulsa and Skiatook.
FOX23 reported in June when Skiatook police were investigating a string of business break-ins, including a break-in at the American Shaman CBD shop.
According to court documents, Skiatook police worked with Owasso officers to identify the car caught on surveillance during that burglary. Owasso police said Jacob Zombro and Jacob Alfaro were associated with the car, and they put a GPS tracker on the vehicle.
Police said a few weeks later, the GPS linked both men to a break-in at CBD Plus at 61st and Memorial. FOX23 reported on the arrest in July.
Officers also gathered cellphone tower data for both Zombro and Alfaro. Police said the cellphone data connected the men to the same time and date of the burglary in Skiatook.
An arrest warrant was issued for both men Sept. 20. They were arrested last week on 21 second-degree burglary charges.
