Law360 (September 25, 2019, 3:57 PM EDT) — A CBD oil company has sued a vendor after it paid nearly $2.3 million for nine distillation and production machines but allegedly never received a single working machine.
Winchester, Kentucky-based GenCanna Global USA Inc. sued Alexandria, Louisiana-based Jenco Industrial Sales & Services LLC and principal Edward Sieja Monday in Kentucky federal court, claiming Jenco and Sieja touted their ability to provide the machines — three chillers and six molecular distillers — but ultimately proved to be “nothing but frauds” who “had no intention of ever delivering” the machines.
